About the team

As part of the E-Commerce Team, you will be responsible for keeping track of customer journeys and interacting with customers across channels and platforms. 


  • Ensure the level of Customer Service is consistent with the ‘GANT Customer Experience Expectations’ and every customer has an amazing experience.
  • Responsible for day-to-day customer support across all channels – online, retail and wholesale.
  • Support customers with logistic information and act proactively to ensure best in class customer service.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all escalated customer contacts and queries.
  • Ensure every customer has an amazing experience at every touchpoint and supports in achieving all the KPI targets.
  • Reflects the values of the brand in personal presentation and demonstrates an enthusiasm and passion for fashion and GANT.
  • Develop and create new processes to improve the way of working.

Your skills

  • University Degree in relevant areas.
  • Advanced Excel and data skills.
  • Previous working experience with Service Cloud and Salesforce Cloud is a plus.
  • Previously Customer Service experience.
  • Spanish and Portuguese both written and spoken.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Is energetic and positive
  • Excellent listening skills with attention to detail
  • Customer and results focused
  • Strong team player, able to adapt to needs of business and customer
